Terms of Service

  1. Scope of Service

    We will perform an oil change on your vehicle using the oil type, grade, and filter specified and agreed upon at the time of booking or service. This includes draining the old engine oil, replacing the oil filter, and refilling with fresh oil to the manufacturer’s recommended level. Additional services such as topping up other fluids, replacing air filters, or performing inspections will only be carried out with your prior consent and may incur additional charges.

  2. Customer Responsibilities

    • You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is in a safe, operable condition before bringing it in for service.

    • You must disclose any known mechanical issues, leaks, or modifications that could affect the oil change process or the performance of the vehicle.

    • You should confirm that the oil type and filter selected are suitable for your vehicle’s make, model, and year, based on manufacturer recommendations.

  3. Service Limitations

    • Our oil change service is limited to the replacement of engine oil and filter. We do not inspect or repair unrelated mechanical issues unless specifically requested.

    • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn components, or issues that arise from prior neglect or improper maintenance.

    • Oil change intervals and specifications are based on manufacturer guidelines; it is the customer’s responsibility to follow these intervals for ongoing maintenance.

  4. Warranty & Liability

    • We guarantee that the oil and filter will be installed correctly and that the correct quantity and grade of oil will be used, for a period of 7 days or 500 miles from the date of service, whichever occurs first.

    • This warranty does not cover engine damage caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to: failure to maintain proper oil levels, ignoring dashboard warning lights, operating the vehicle under extreme conditions without appropriate maintenance, or mechanical failures unrelated to the oil change.

    • In the event of a warranty claim, you must return the vehicle to our service location for inspection before any repairs are authorized.

  5. Payment Terms

    • Payment is due in full upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment platforms.

    • Any declined or returned payments may result in additional fees and suspension of future services until the balance is cleared.

  6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

    • We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

    • Missed appointments without prior notice may incur a service fee to cover lost time and resources.

    • In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, equipment failure), we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost to you.

  7. Environmental Commitment

    • All used oil and filters are collected, stored, and disposed of or recycled in accordance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations.

    • We are committed to minimizing environmental impact and may use eco-friendly products where possible.

  8. Dispute Resolution

    • Any disputes arising from this service should first be addressed directly with our management team to seek a fair resolution.

    • If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the state in which the service was performed.

  9. Acceptance of Terms

    • By booking or receiving our oil change service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
